The Marines Museum is a characterful and authentic location for meetings, group visits or any other kind of business events in the heart of Rotterdam. We have three reception rooms in a range of different styles that are certain to imbue your small-scale business gatherings with an inimitable air of distinction and prestige.
Rooms
In the majestic Tromp Room you will find yourself conducting your meeting amid special exhibits from the 355+ year history of the Marine Corps. From our library which is home to an imposing collection of books, you will be looking out across the historical Old Port. Looking for a room with more of an informal atmosphere? Go for our Kajuit. This manly workshop space, which is decked out with dining tables, has all the facilities for a productive environment, where you will taste the operational atmosphere of marines out on a drill.
Facilities
Our conferencing rooms are available to be used during the museum’s opening hours for activities such as meetings, reunions, classes and presentations.
All rooms are rented out including a projector, screen, flip-chart, copy and print equipment, and – if available – an interactive whiteboard. All meeting room packages include coffee, tea and water.

DISCOUNT ON RENTAL SPACE
Is your organization part of the Ministry of Defence? Or does your organization represent the interests of military personnel and/or veterans? Please contact the museum and call 010-4129600. We are happy to offer you customized location rental and options. Especially for veterans, this room can be reserved (in advance) as a reception room for a (reunion) group. With the veteran rate, a 50% discount on the room rental applies. In addition, we are happy to offer a free cup of coffee or tea.
